During the yoga daily sessions, a synthesis of this ancient practice is offered using asanas, breathing exercises (pranayama) and healing practices (kriyas). In this way, a more internalized work of deep relaxation, meditation and introspection is achieved to strengthen and purify the body; create awareness and harmonize the different levels of experience in human beings.

At the end, the participant is able to feel a release of the tensions that may affect him and will connect to a state of relaxation, openness, with a clear, calm and controlled mind. With a heart full of love and ready to mobilize its energy.

To support the yoga and ayahuasca experience we offer Neurolinguistic Programming therapies (NLP) in a natural environment with an awesome volcano view. Through NLP techniques you will have the opportunity to reframe your thought patterns and emotions associated with them, so you can allow yourself to transform your belief system, that is to say, to change the electric and electromagnetic field that you create and resonate with. As well, we offer a very unique rebirth session in hot springs.
